Cruise Itinerary

Monday:  Bora Bora

As your plane arrives at the Bora Bora airport, you will be personally met by staff with champagne and fresh fruit.  To relax from the journey, the rest of the day is yours.  Take this time to refresh in the lagoon with a swim, snorkel, or kayak. Really want to start your relaxation, kick back on the beach and enjoy the view.

Tuesday:  Bora Bora/Taha'a

This morning, you awake to the scent of vanilla. Taha’a Island produces 70-80% of French Polynesia’s vanilla thus its given name “Vanilla Island”.  If you want to explore the island, there is a vanilla plantation and a local black pearl farm to enjoy.  You can also learn about the history of tattooing, sip on champagne while cruising the lagoon, go swimming, have a spa treatment (additional cost) and enjoy a fishing party after dinner.

Wednesday:  Taha'a/Huahine

Today, the cruise takes you to Huahine Island also known as “The Garden Island” for its azure blue and emerald green colors, lush green tropical foliage and jungle-like scenery.  Join a tour of ancient Huahine or visit the seaside village of Fare. In the afternoon you will have an opportunity to explore the lagoon on a jet ski or discover the interior of the island on a jeep safari.

Thursday:  Huahine

A day of leisure is here.  Take in some of the optional excursions available or head back and explore the island some more.  Early this evening, enjoy a romantic moonlight dinner on the beach.  Into the night, visit the exclusive cinema under the stars, nestled among coconut palms, to view the classic movie “Tabu,” filmed in these islands in 1931.

Friday:  Huahine/Raiatea

This morning, you arrive in Raiatea Island a much less traveled area of Tahiti.  Stroll the streets of Uturoa or relax on board at the bar, lounge or library.  In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to visit the sacred site of the Marae Taputapuatea, one of French Polynesia’s most famous and best preserved temples.

Saturday:   Raiatea/Bora Bora

Enjoy breakfast on the motu (islet) with your feet in the lagoon -- an exotic way to start the day. This afternoon, paddle the Faaroa River by kayak or visit tropical gardens.  Later today, sail back to Uturoa, where a traditional Tahitian music and dance group will perform for you.

Sunday:   Bora Bora

Today you return to Bora Bora. Your morning is at leisure. Enjoy the last hours onboard, or visit a local church, where the sounds of the singing will be a nice way to close such a relaxing vacation. After lunch, arrangements will be made for your departure.
