Cathy (ext. 222) My most memorable travel experiences:   It's very hard, of course, to pick favorite experiences when we travel this world, but the first things that come to mind when someone asks me mine are 1) seeing the Matterhorn and 2) going to Ireland. They are my favorites because they were the fulfillment of childhood dreams. That is the best advice I can offer as a travel agent: don't always do what a guidebook or someone who's been there tells you to do. Tracy (ext. 225) The difference I make:   I took a call from a worker at the traveler's aid station at Denver International Airport. A passenger had booked his ticket over the internet and was trying to travel from Rome, Italy to Sydney, Australia. Instead, his ticket was booked from Rome to Sydney, Nebraska. Denver was the closest airport to Sydney, Nebraska, so he was routed there. Since he booked his ticket over the internet, there was no agent to tell him he was booking to the wrong city. In an effort to assist this stranded gentleman, the traveler's aid worker called Travel Team. I was able to rebook his ticket to Sydney and save his vacation. He was extremely grateful.
