This package incorporates the beautiful coastline of the Cape, taking in Cape Town which is known as the mother city and listed as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Knysna which is a lovely coast town known for its oysters and fantastic scenery and then Pumba Private Game Reserve, home to the Big 5 as well as the rare white lion!

2 nights at the Pezula Resort and Spa in Knysna with breakfast

Tour Itinerary

Day 1- Arrive Cape Town
You will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Stay: Taj Cape Town (4 nights)

Day 2 - Cape of Good Hope
After breakfast today your will embark on a private peninsula tour and travel along one of South Africa's most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay and Constantia Hills enjoying dramatic scenery enroute to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy one of the most famous views in the world, False Bay. Stop at Bolders Beach to see the penguins at the naval town of Simon's Town.

Days 3 and 4 - Cape Town
Two full days to explore, Cape Town known as ‘The Mother City of Africa’, at your leisure. There are a wide variety of excursions to take while in the city, a trip up magnificent Table Mountain, just been name one of the 7 natural wonders of the world (cost approx $25 – weather permitting). Or you could visit the Victoria and Alfred waterfront development with its many shops and restaurants. You also might consider a visit to Robben Island, the former prison home of Nelson Mandela.

Day 5 - Cape Town to Knysna
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to George (not included). On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Stay: Pezula Resort Hotel and Spa (2 nights)

Day 6 - Knysna
The town of Knysna is famous for many things, including its Oysters and the Knysna Heads, with wonderful photo opportunities. Today you can embark on a nature trail hike and canoe trip into the indigenous forest area, including a picnic lunch at Noetzie Beach.

Day 7 - Knysna to Port Elizabeth
After breakfast today, you will be transferred by private vehicle to Pumba Private Game Reserve, a very scenic 4 hour transfer. On arrival at the lodge, you will have time to relax, freshen up and have lunch before embarking on your late afternoon game drive.
Stay: Pumba Water Lodge (3 nights)

Days 8 and 9 - Pumba Private Game Reserve
The next two days will be all about game drives, food and down time. Home to Africa's 'Big Five', as well as a pride of white lions, the reserve offers visitors the chance to experience Africa's incredible wildlife in their natural environment with over 300 species of birds. Guests can enjoy game drives in luxury game viewing vehicles, with individual 'bucket-seats' for maximum comfort.

Day 10 - Departure
After your game drive this morning and your hearty breakfast, you will be transferred to Port Elizabeth airport for your flight back to Johannesburg, and onto the US (not included).
