Thanks for all your hard work making it such a joy. We had no problems. Transportation was very efficient and timely. Our hotels were all well located. We were upgraded to an apartment in Cairns. We missed the hurricaine, and the extremely hot weather in Alice Springs/ Ayers Rock. The flights were tough to and from but no way around that; however, on the trip going over we were on a 747 and were packed in like sardines. The airbus 380 coming back was much better. Everyone has always told me that New Zealand was much better than Australia, but I found them about equal-both unique in their own way. Thanks again. Sheila

"You planned out everything perfectly..."	What a fantastic time my mom and I had in Australia. You planned out everything perfectly, all went smoothly and no issues aroused. The highlight was our day with James Reeves, the Banksia Adventures tour Life's a Beach. We had a ball, the countryside was awesome and unbelievable. It was so breath taking, with the hills so green, the water so blue and the sheep and kangaroos sitting on the hillsides. The Marriott was such a beautiful hotel overlooking Hyde Park and central to the transportation systems, downtown, restaurants & shopping. We thought the monorail was such an exciting way to get to the harbor and Paddy's Market and such a great way to see the city. The breakfast each morning was such a beautiful and elegant way to start the morning. They had a vast selection of breakfast foods, all fresh and delicious...even a pancake maker!   The Sebel was also such a great location, we walked to the river for our lunch cruise, to the botanic gardens, and to the outdoor mall. We were able to tour the Gold Coast and couldn't begin to explain how very wild and gorgeous the countryside was. Montville was a great little village where we lunched by the cliffside overlooking the valley all the way to the sea.   I want you to know that I have given your name and number to my family and friends. You made such a difference in the quality of our vacation and my mother, husband and I want to thank you so much. "Your choice of tours, people and hotels was great."	Well, we think you done good girl!    Air travel was great. Hawaiian Airlines first class is well done. Flight crews were the best and we had the good luck to fly Seattle/Honolulu and Honolulu/Seattle with the same lady. First Class airline, first class service and first class people all the way.   Qantas Airlines was always on time leaving and arriving. The best part was they actually gave you food to eat and something to drink. Unlike US airlines all without charge. It was kind of like air travel used to be in the US thirty years ago.     THANK YOU, for setting up a perfect trip for which we are thankful.   As with most trips to a country or area you don't know, meeting and talking with the local people turns out to be the best part. Australia should be very proud. With a mouth like a truck driver, I was struck by the fact that while we went to some pubs and saw a few people with a few too many, bad language was never a factor. I think this has to be the most civil society in the world.   Your choice of tours, people and hotels was great. Shooting in the dark we both agreed you did a great job of putting our trip together.   Thanks for a great job, you ever need a reference, you got it!   Tom

"Everthing on the agenda went exactly as planned."	Our experiences both in Australia and New Zealand were fabulous. We are convinced that the Kiwis are all born with "happy genes." Not a grouch among them -- none that we saw. The country itself is breathtaking. Everthing on the agenda went exactly as planned. No flight delays, no reservation problems or mix ups. The tours were all well done. Loved the tram dinner and the peguins. For me, this was the trip of a life time. We went thinking this would be a one time only trip for us. But now, we are in love with NZ and would like to see more of Australia too. "...marvelous trip (to New Zealand and Australia)."	I wanted to thank you for your help in what turned out to be a marvelous trip. New Zealand (south island) is, as you well know, stunning. Our only disappoointment was the dreary weather on the day of the train ride from Greymouth to Christchurch, but the rail journey on the section from Dunedin to Queenstown was remarkable. By the way, Brown's Boutique Hotel in Queenstown gets special rave reviews. The drive from Christchurch to Mt. Cook was breathtaking. Melbourne and Sydney were wonderful -- Melbourne made all the more so by family, and Sydney is a spectacular city. We were on a boat in the harbor on NYE. Thanks for your help. Abe

We could not have done this without the discounted first class airfare you arranged. Hawaiian Airlines was first rate. The tour could not have been better, except for one day which was the night in Palm Cove. The tour would be better if it went straight from Lizard to Adelaide with the extra night in Adelaide. Lizard Island and Lifetime Private Retreats on Kangaroo Island were just incredible. Our time in Sydney was also just great as was the Intercontinental Hotel. Our suite looked directly at the Opera House and the harbor and bridge, and out the other windows we saw the Botanical Garden. Had a lot of great food and wine and met some wonderful people. "what a wonderful, super, bang-up job you did putting our trip together for us."	We just got back from our trip and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful, super, bang-up job you did putting it together for us.   Our flight schedule was great, but I'm sure that was the easiest part of putting our itinerary together. Our accommodations were outstanding - comfortable and in super locations.
